Eksplorasi Peran Kepemimpinan Transformasi, Kerjasama Tim, Dan Komunikasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Dosen: Bukti Dari Universitas Swasta Di Serang
Abstract
Kota Serang tengah berjuang menghadapi tingginya angka pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi, dengan 11,85% dari pengangguran tersebut berpendidikan sarjana. Kualitas perguruan tinggi swasta yang ditandai dengan akreditasi yang rendah dan kualifikasi dosen yang terbatas menyebabkan arah pendidikan menjadi tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi kinerja dosen pada perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Serang dengan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerja sama tim, dengan komunikasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling untuk memilih 160 dosen di Kota Serang. Analisis jalur menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komunikasi (koefisien jalur = 0,550, p < 0,05, t = 4,258) dan kinerja (koefisien jalur = 0,650, p < 0,05, t = 3,047). Kerja sama tim juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komunikasi (koefisien jalur = 0,385, p < 0,05, t = 3,047) dan kinerja (koefisien jalur = 0,160, p < 0,05, t = 1,96). Selain itu, komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (koefisien jalur = 0,282, p < 0,05, t = 3,280), yang menegaskan peran mediasinya. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi peran penting kepemimpinan transformasional, kerja sama tim, dan komunikasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja dosen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan faktor-faktor ini dapat mengarah pada hasil pendidikan yang lebih baik dan peningkatan daya kerja lulusan, sehingga dapat mengatasi masalah pengangguran di kalangan lulusan universitas di Kota Serang.
